We sell our products through retail shops and professional designers. If you are needing charms for your own personal projects - thank you for coming to our page! Please have your favorite needlework or craft shop place your order for your needed items, or, contact a shop from the "Our Stores" tab above.

When placing orders, please specify the "color/finish" of your desired brass charms - Raw Brass (untreated, a bright yellow-gold), Antique Gold (a plated old gold with darker color in the details), or Antique Silver (silver with details highlighted with a darker color.

Please list your quantities needed per item. Quantity discounts for brass products are available for bulk (loose bagged) items of dozen and gross amounts. We also offer ready-to-hang carded charms for a more polished presentation to use on your peg-boards and thread racks.

Please note that metal and tariff prices constantly fluctuate, and necessitate our wholesale price list being updated monthly. We do not increase "across the board" pricing, but only apply price increases (and sometimes decreases) passed on to individual charms via our manufacturers.

There is not a minimum order. Payment can be made via VISA, MASTER CARD, AND DISCOVER CARD. US Postal Service is our most common method of shipping, with UPS used for sending our larger valued shpments. We do ship internationally, but we ask that you send us an example of exactly how to address your package.

Charms may only be returned with prior approval and must be sent back within 14 days after receiving the order. Special orders are are mot returnable/refundable. Charms must be in their original condition, including packaging. Return credit will be for merchandise only with shipping charges credited only if the return is because of our error.
